Braces Bakery 1000 Lanes Road Rally
HOVAC’s main event is the Braces Bakery 1000 Lanes Road Rally, running this year on 21st and 22nd June 2008. Following a lay-off of several years, 2008 will be the third year the rally has run, this year running under a National B "MSA" permit. The rally will be a round of both the Welsh Association of Motor Clubs (WAMC) and the Association of South Western Motor Clubs (ASWMC) , and we look forward to competitors from both sides of the river Severn. No doubt local crew Matthew Maidment and David (Garth) Powell from Blackwood and District Motor Club will be defending their 2007 win with enthusiasm.
